Readymade UK LTD Company

The only difference between a Readymade Company and the Standard UK Company is, we have already chosen a name for the company and registered it at Companies House. We then put the company into stock ready to use. We have a selection of company names in stock, you can choose a name from our list which would best suit your type of company. Current Companies in Stock All the Readymade Companies we keep in stock have never traded. The advantage of buying a Readymade Company means you can start trading with the company immediately after you have purchased it. Our Readymade Companies have a share capital of £1,000 and standard Memorandum & Articles.
