Paperless same day UK Limited Company £70.00

You choose the name for your company. We form it within 24 hours, company name and registration number, will be confirmed upon formation, by fax or email. You will receive by email, your new limited company certificate of incorporation, your new limited company’s memorandums & articles and invoice.

We will act as Nominee Company Secretary, for a 1 year period at a time. You will still be responsible for filling all your statutory forms etc.

It is no longer a legal requirement to have a company seal. We can supply a seal  if you require one.
